Mike Crompton holds professional qualifications in both Engineering and Business - and is a certified LeanSixSigma Black Belt. Mike’s forte is fusing Engineering logic with Business acumen, then leveraging diverse professional experience, a passion for Continuous Improvement, and a commitment to Enabling People - to deliver innovative solutions that boost performance and profitability, across all businesses sectors.
Mike's broad experience began in Construction. A desire to embed improvements saw a move into Asset Care within the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries - where optimising processes, people and performance delivered bottom-line impact. A strong ability to deliver change by influencing teams around purpose, direction and meaning, saw promotion to Senior Leadership roles in Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure, Property and Retail - both domestically and internationally.
Mike has a track record of delivering practical and implementable solutions to complex and long-standing Business challenges. He places a priority upon embedding outcomes into the culture of the business - to ensure that performance and results are sustained. Mike enjoys sharing knowledge, and learning from others, and has delivered 21 papers at Conferences and Events locally, and throughout APAC.
